BIG APPLE LogoMotion

On Oct. 8, 2011, Francis Lewis High School(FLHS), in conjunction with FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition Of Science And Technology), is hosting an off-season robotics event dubbed as "Big Apple LogoMotion". Everyone is welcome to view the matches from 8:00 am through 3:30 pm.

This event is one of many ways that Francis Lewis High School Team 3017 is promoting FIRST's mission: "to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership."
